Shuster, DO, who earned his osteopathic medical degree at Ohio University and continued to study vascular surgery at the University of Missouri. Thomas is dedicated to the treatment of all vascular diseases specializing in vein therapies.

Background

Dr. Shuster is a native of Ohio. He attended the University of Toledo to earn a bachelor's degree in biology and then continued at the Ohio University to obtain his osteopathic medical degree. He completed his general surgery residency at Michigan State University before completing a two-year vascular surgery fellowship at the University of Missouri. He was dedicated to treating all vein and artery disorders.

Dr. Shuster is an associate professor at Michigan State University and has published in international textbooks and journals. He is an active committee member in the American College of Phlebology (the study of veins). He is a member of national vascular societies and participates in local hospital quality committees.

Dr. Shuster lives locally in the Genesee County area with his wife and young daughter. He spends most of his free time chasing and playing with his daughter.
